PGLA Cassette Suture is a synthetic, absorbable, braided surgical suture made from Polyglactin 910 (a copolymer of 90% glycolide and 10% L-lactide). It is supplied in a cassette (spool) format, allowing continuous suture length to be dispensed and cut according to surgical requirements. The suture is needle-free and can be combined with various needles as needed.
