Usage of Disposable non inactivated virus sampling tube:
1. Before sampling, label the sampling tube with relevant information.
2. Use the appropriate swab to sample in the nose or throat.
3. After sampling, quickly put the swab into the sampling tube, break the part higher than the sampling tube, and tighten the tube cover.
The specific sampling methods are as follows:
Nasal swab: gently insert the swab into the nasal cavity and palate in the nasal meatus, stop for a while, slowly rotate and exit, immerse the collected specimen in the sampling solution, break the extra part and put it into the garbage can, and tighten the sampling tube cover.
Pharyngeal swab: wipe bilateral pharyngeal tonsils and posterior pharyngeal wall with swab, immerse the collected samples in the sampling solution, break the extra part and throw it into the garbage can, and tighten the disposable non inactivated virus sampling tube.
Characteristics of preservation solution of disposable non inactivated virus sampling tube:
Red preservation solution: the preservation solution is a red clear liquid, which can clearly indicate the pH change of sampling solution and sample denaturation, effectively screen unqualified samples, and improve the detection efficiency.
White preservation solution: the preservation solution is colorless and transparent, which can clearly see the contamination of samples, and does not cause the interference of follow-up PCR experiments and other scientific research results.
