Description
Polyglycolic Acid (PGA) is a sterile absorbable synthetic, multifilament suture composed of glycolic acid. The sutures are braided and coated with a blend of polycaprolate, copolymer of caprolactone and glycolide and Calcium Stearate.
The colour of PGA absorbable Suture is violet or undyed. The size is USP 8/0 to USP 4.
Polyglactin910 (PGLA) is a sterile absorbable synthetic, multifilament suture composed of glycolic acid. The sutures are braided and coated with Poly(glycolide-co-l-lactide30/70)+Calcium Stearate.
The colour of PGLA absorbable Suture is violet or undyed. The size is USP 8/0 to USP 2.
Characteristics
